New Release

Here is the newly reissued cd of music of Mario Castelnuovo-Tadesco from Nancy Green and Frederick Moyer which features my painting, "The River Arno at Florence, Yellow,"on its cover.  It is available from JRI Recordings and the link above on the text of the composer's name will take you to the page where you can purchase the cd or the music via i-tunes.

Castelnuovo-Tadesco is a composer with whom I have a limited familiarity, so I've been enjoying getting more acquainted with it on this album: it is twentieth century, but quite melodic, quite enjoyable.  Of course Nancy Green and Frederick Moyer sound great.  The cd definitely gets my recommended stamp and comes with the bonus of not only my artwork on the cover, but that painting's companion piece, "The River Arno at Florence, Pink,"reproduced in the interior of the environmentally friendly cdbook.

And don't forget about Nancy Green's earlier cd, "Songs of the Birds," which features another one of my paintings, "Spanish Summer Painting," on its cover.

It is still available at Cello Classics.

Nice treats for upcoming holidays, yes?
